7:40 AM.... "Oh, crap, it's TUESDAY, not Saturday!"
Hurl oneself out of bed, throw on gym clothes, swallow IsoPure shake and morning prescriptions, glance at email while swallowing shake and discover heretofore rock-solid registration system for a club for which I webmaster has thrown a hoof (no time to fix, just read that it happened) and get out the door.
8:05AM arrive at gym and put in 30 minutes cardio and flexibility workout (something is always better than nothing on the cardio front). Shave and shower, then get out the door.
9:30AM arrive at lab to discover two deposition systems have decided to eat their young rather than behave like they have for the past 2 years.
I wish it *was* Saturday.
But at least I'm awake. I guess I really needed that extra 2 hours sleep.
