Project SG-69 Update: minor setback

Diversion from important real-life and political situations: an update on my current frivolous SG-69 project:


Argh.

The Abyss Jr arrived and was defective.

However, I was able to determine that I actually need its big brother, the Abyss II...

(The Abyss Jr doesn't let you lock it on a single color)

Unfortunately, Musician's Friend doesn't have the Abyss II in stock, so I'm getting a credit on that purchase and ordering through wwbw.com aka music123.com

Another week probably to have it in hand... still plenty of time.
