An invitation from the Costume-Con 26 concom -- staff meet-and-greet February 10!

Two members of the Costume-Con 26 convention committee (concom) have graciously offered to open their house for a Costume-Con 26 Meet-and-Greet in the south SF Bay Area.

If you are a Costume-Con 26 staff member, or you are interested in working as part of the crew, please come to our meet-and-greet! This is a perfect opportunity to meet our chair, Kevin Roche, as well as other concom members, at a potluck dinner and social.

For those that care to imbibe, from 6 to 10 Kevin will be pouring a selection from his wine cellar, and Bill and Carole will also provide soft drinks for everyone.

This is an informal gathering, so while some CC26 discussion may happen, it is *not* an official business meeting.

Please forward this invitation to appropriate lists, groups, and individuals.
If you are interested in attending, please respond to gatherings@cc26.info and we will send you detailed location direction!

Hosts: Carole Parker and Bill Laubenheimer
When: Saturday, February 10, 2007
Starts: 6:00 p.m.
Bring: Yourselves, friends and family who might want to be part of CC26, and something to eat to share.
Note: This is a non-smoking household and several of the expected staff (including Kevin) are severely allergic to tobacco smoke, so our hosts respectfully request that you refrain from smoking.
Allergy Alert: Cats hiding in the master bedroom. We have cat-free zones and an outdoor deck. We make every effort to de-cat* our home before an event.

*To de-cat: Cleaning done to minimize exposure to cat allergens. Anything that can raise dust is completed 24-hours before the event. We do this to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
